Researchers believe that they are close to revealing the truth about the mysterious 140,000-year-old anomaly hidden at the bottom of the Baltic Sea. Ufologists believe that an object resembling a Millennium Falcon spaceship may be a sunken UFO.
Swedish explorer Peter Lindberg and a team of marine researchers discovered a strange object during a dive. They were looking for an ancient shipwreck site, but they faced an anomaly.
Anomaly of the Baltic Sea continues to amaze oceanographers
Co-author of the discovery Denis Asberg says:
“There is a mountain under the water, reaching a height of 20-25 m, and in the middle is a canyon with a lot of loose rocks. When diving there are two trails. One leads to an object that is 200 m away from the round ledge. These are not the remains of a sunken ship, but something more strange. We contacted marine biologists and geologists who said that they had not seen anything like this ”.
But there is a more intriguing find. In the construction there are protrusions resembling a staircase that lead to a dark hole. Some believe that this is some kind of secret weapon since the Second World War, and ufologists are convinced that we have an ancient flying saucer. Moreover, some scientists claim that the construction itself consists of metal.
But it is surprising that electrical and satellite equipment are turned off next to this “mechanism”. Professional diver Stefan Hoherborn says:
“All electrical appliances and satellite phone stopped working when we were on the object. It was necessary to sail 200 m and everything turned on ”again.
The facility was discovered 5 years ago, but the Lindberg team continues to explore the bottom of the Baltic Sea between Sweden and Finland. The analysis shows that the object found is not a geological formation.
Interpretation of the Baltic Sea Anomaly
The anomaly of the Baltic Sea resembles a spaceship Millennium Falcon from Star Wars
Lindberg initially spoke the most important skeptic about the found object. He believed that he sees only a stone. But further studies showed more and more anomalous characteristics. Lindberg said:
“The object seems odd in shape. It is not yet possible to say what we encountered, but had never seen anything like this ”.
A group of divers found a Baltic Sea anomaly using side-scan sonar
It is believed that the age of the object can reach at least 140,000 years. There is an assumption that the structure was formed during the ice age. The research team plans to return to the crash site and continue exploring the find.
