Launching a satellite from California delayed

Sending a satellite from SpaceX to California could be an impressive sight, but it was delayed. On February 18, the Falcon 9 rocket with the Spanish apparatus for earth observations was to start 20 minutes before dawn from the Vandenberg Air Force Base. Because of the need to conduct additional checks, the launch was shifted to February 21.

Where does such attention come from? The fact is that on December 22, 2017, the Falcon 9 flew up under similar conditions in clear weather. The start was reminiscent of the magnificent fire of Felix.

On board is a PAZ satellite with a device for forming radar images of the Earth. They are used for commercial and government purposes.
