The company claims that its design is “a vision of an ideal home combining technology and the beauty of architecture.” It is important to understand that Mars has scarce resources, so the company is focused on maximum preservation. The design will be able to use and recycle heat, condensation, etc., returning everything to the functioning of the ecosystem.

In general, the house will cover 2.4 x 2.4 m, which means that the first colonizer will have to constrain himself a little in the size of the room.
