SpaceX launched the last 10 satellites for Iridium

On December 5, 2018, SpaceX sent a Dragon unmanned cargo ship to the ISS with scientific experiments, materials and food for astronauts at the station

On January 11, SpaceX launched the latest batch of Iridium communications satellites, marking the first launch in 2019. This satellite mission, Iridium NEXT, is completing a project that sought to create the world's largest commercial satellite communications network based on 75 new spacecraft in orbit.

Friday's launch was the eighth and last for the Iridium series, whose headquarters is located in Virginia. 9 minutes after launch, the first stage of the Falcon 9 rocket landed successfully on a floating platform in the Pacific Ocean. Like other rockets, Falcon 9 is divided into the first and second stages. But if before the launch vehicle was allowed to plunge forever into the ocean, then SpaceX rockets would turn on engines, maneuver and perform a controlled, safe landing. These efforts are aimed at reducing the cost of space flight and the reusable use of expensive parts.
