An amazing story happened to sailors who chased a strange object on the water and became prisoners of the newcomers. How was it and what did you manage to see on the space ship?
In 1936, the Russian steamer “Maria” sailed across the Pacific Ocean from Leningrad. Suddenly, the sentry noticed a strange object on the water, which looked vaguely like a ship. No signs of life were found on it, and the object itself did not respond to radio signals.
The captain of the “Maria” ordered a small rowboat with five sailors to be launched and sent for reconnaissance. The boat gradually began to move away, but suddenly gained incredible speed and the sailors disappeared in thick fog. “Maria” was looking for the missing for a long time, but no one was found.
The captain had to order to go to the original route and continue sailing. A few days later the ship returned to the area, and suddenly an unusual boat appeared with three missing sailors, instead of five. When the “Maria” approached, one of the sailors shouted and jumped into the water. They tried to save him, but he quickly went to the bottom. Two other sailors were taken aboard and they seemed to be happy to meet with their comrades. Then it's time to listen to an amazing story. They said that they had not only found the object, but were on board the alien ship along with amazing creatures in dark shiny costumes. They resembled a cross between people and frogs, since there were small membranes between the fingers.
Creatures communicated through telepathy because they exchanged glances, and there were no mouths. The aliens told the sailors that there was no way back, and they invited me to stay on their ship. Two guys immediately agreed and they were no longer seen. The rest of the trinity was placed in an isolated room, where they kept for about two days.
Then the three sailors were loaded into an unusual boat with a supply of strange food resembling pills in transparent shells. It was enough to eat 1-2 tablets to stay full. A sailor who jumped into the water refused to eat pills. He was crazy, and while the others were sleeping, he threw all the alien tablets into the water.
Sailors had to sail without food for 1 day, but they did not feel hunger. Then they noticed the approach of “Mary.” When the sailors were on the ship, their strange boat presented by the aliens went to the bottom. After returning to Leningrad, the captain of “Maria” sent a message to the ministry. He and two sailors were summoned for further interrogation. In conclusion, one of the sailors was called a psycho, and the second refused to cooperate. The most persistent in testimony was the captain of the ship. He referred to the logbook, where he carefully documented everything that happened. He was not believed and transferred to another ship.
The story seems very strange. However, the missing three sailors really could not be found, and the captain until the end argued that his story was genuine. What do you think? Were there aliens? Or did the sailors choose this strange story to hide something more awful?
