New start from SpaceX after a month of silence

Block 5 Falcon 9 rocket at Kennedy Space Center (Florida)

After a series of delays, SpaceX is ready to start and land in Florida. About a month has passed since the last launch, but the rocket company Ilona Musk is going to send another commercial satellite to orbit on September 8 from Cape Canaveral (Florida).

This was reported by company representatives on the morning of September 5. They added that they completed a trial burn of the Falcon 9 rocket, which will launch the Telstar 18 Vantage satellite. There is evidence that the satellite delivering the rocket is a completely new model of Block 5. The company will try to land and recover it using the Atlantic platform “Of Course I Still Love You” (“Of course, I still love you”).

Initially, the mission was planned for July, but it was postponed several times. In late July, SpaceX launched Telstar 19 Vantage. The launch process can be observed online.
