The hurricane delayed the launch of a cargo ship for the ISS

Hurricane Gonzalo, who was captured on a photograph from the board of the International Space Station, is delaying the launch of the next NASA cargo ship to the orbital outpost.

Orbital Sciences Corp., one of two companies hired by NASA to arrange deliveries to the space station, planned to launch the Antares rocket and the Cygnus capsule from the International Flight Center in Virginia on October 24th.

However, a missile tracking station located in Bermuda recorded a 3 category hurricane.

Orbital Sciences has stated that flights will be discontinued at least until October 27.
