Since the launch of the first Zarya module, launched on November 20, 1998 from the Baikonur cosmodrome, the International Space Station provides a completely new perspective for understanding the homeland - the Earth. Join the celebration of the 20th anniversary of international cooperation and research for the benefit of the planet with ESA astronaut Alexander Gerste.

In just 15 minutes, the video will allow you to move from Tunisia through Beijing and Australia in two trips around the world! In the upper right part of the screen there is a map showing the location of the orbital station.

The timeline contains approximately 21375 photos of the Earth, obtained by Gerst from the ISS and shown 12.5 times faster than the actual speed.
